We're aware that customers using Samsung android devices may be getting a 'proxy error' when trying to unblock US Netflix.

We've looked into this, and it appears that since Marshmallow 6.0.1 , something is running in the background on this device, which is logging your location (even when location services are disabled) and passing this to Netflix.

22/12/16 - FIXED - We can confirm that this issue can be resolved by installing OpenVPN on your device.
